This beautiful apartment with the name Xeresa for 4 people is close to the village of Xeresa. A spectacular recently built apartment with a sunny terrace with a wide view. Near the coastline of Gandia Playa and of course the Mediterranean Sea. The house has an ideal layout consisting of a living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The complex has beautiful communal gardens with 3 swimming pools and fitness room. 40 minutes away from Valencia. This environment has something for everyone. From long sandy beaches to nature reserves and restaurants and bars enough!

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
