A centrally located holiday home in Orihuela Costa, just a few minutes walk from the beach.
Due to its location, Casa Pelican has the choice between sun and shade all day long. In the morning and early afternoon on the partially covered front terrace and in the afternoon and early evening (summer months) in the beautiful back garden.
The living room has an open kitchen that is fully equipped and has inventory so you can cook for yourself.
Casa Pelican has fiber optic, fast internet and excellent WiFi, of course free. Here you can watch TV via the internet and receive all Dutch channels, but also many other national and sports channels.
This house has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms. Through the annex (where there is an extra sofa bed, the third bedroom) you reach directly the beautiful and well-kept communal garden and with a few steps you reach one of the two swimming pools. This fenced garden is only accessible to residents and tenants of this residential complex.
The house has a hair dryer, bed linen, towels, beach towels, several chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment.
The beautiful sandy beach of La Caleta, near Cabo Roig, is a 15-minute walk away. A beautifully landscaped path along the coast will take you to many other white sandy beaches, larger and smaller, with crystal clear water on both sides. Fancy a bite to eat or a drink? In just a ten-minute walk you will be on the famous Cabo Roig “Strip” with its many restaurants and bars. The prices here are much lower than in many other tourist destinations!
The most beautiful golf courses on the Costa Blanca are a ten-minute drive away. If you like shopping, you've come to the right place! The modern and large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard, with over 150 shops of various well-known brands and restaurants, is 1.8 km from the house.
If you come with an electric car, there is a large charging station less than 1 km from the house. Or if you go shopping, at the WC Zenia Boulevard. More information about this can be found in the welcome folder.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
