The luxury apartment is perfect for any season, you can also enjoy the communal spa with heated pool, sauna and fitness room in the winter months.
An added bonus is the competition-sized communal swimming pool, a luxury for the sporty guests. Children will also have a great time at Green Hills with the playground and children's pool. You can park your car safely in the underground car park and everything you need for daily use can be found nearby.
Within walking distance is a supermarket where even some Dutch products are available, which is located in a small shopping center. In addition, the large La Zenia shopping boulevard is only 1.5 kilometers away, where shopping enthusiasts can enjoy themselves all day long. After a day of shopping, you can take the escalator to the upper ring of the shopping center, where you can enjoy various dining options, from Burger King to Chinese, from tapas bar to 60s restaurant.
If you have a Google Chromecast you can use it in the apartment to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
