Beautiful new villa with private pool. Come and enjoy luxury and tranquility in Villa Diego, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The villa has air conditioning (hot/cold) and free WiFi. The child-friendly accommodation is tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
On the ground floor is the bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (cups), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and all necessities. Through the large sliding doors you enter the enclosed garden with private swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden furniture and sun beds. You can park your car safely on the side of the house behind the locked gate. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1 with toilet and bidet). Both bedrooms have a balcony with a seat in the sun. On the top level is a sunny solarium with stunning 360° views of nature and the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
The villa also features a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is 2.9 km from Villamartin Golf Course, Villamartin Plaza, the beach and 7.7 km from Torrevieja. A supermarket is just 1 km away. The La Zenia Boulevard shopping center with more than 150 shops is 2 km away. The nearest airport is Alicante, 51 km away. An airport shuttle service is available at a surcharge.
