Situated on the edge of La Marina (San Fulgencio), Villa El Sueño offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking panoramic views due to its elevated position. This recently modernised villa is fully furnished with comfortable furnishings and offers a stylish living space. The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated, with an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also benefits from an en suite bathroom. The modern living room features a cosy sitting area with a fireplace and international TV channels.
From the living room you can access a covered terrace with seating, from where steps lead down to the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. For an additional €10 per day the pool can be heated in the colder months, this must be arranged in advance, it takes a minimum of 2 days to heat up and will need to be arranged prior to your arrival.
The villa also has a separate guest house that can accommodate 8 people, with its own kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, accessible via a separate entrance. For use of the guest house, the final cleaning costs are increased to € 225.
Despite its proximity to the village, the villa offers a sense of freedom and privacy, with on-site and off-street parking, plus the use of your own Google Chromecast to easily stream TV during your stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
