This single-storey villa is located just four kilometres from the beach of La Marina and offers a South/West oriented location with unobstructed views. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences such as air conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi and Dutch HD TV. In addition, there is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and induction hob.
You can enjoy the sunset behind the mountains near Murcia every day. You can park your car safely on your own driveway. The villa has large terraces with atmospheric lighting around the pool and a tasteful, modern interior. The luxurious open kitchen with bar, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath and one en-suite with walk-in shower) complete the villa.
Within walking distance you will find important facilities such as a supermarket, bank, restaurants and shops. By car you are within 10 minutes at the beautiful dunes of La Marina or the cozy boulevard of Guadamar. The villa is suitable for 6 people and is only 25 minutes from Alicante airport. We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
