Casa de Cerro is a charming holiday accommodation that offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. This building has a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and oven. International TV is available for your entertainment. The house is equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and heat, so you always feel comfortable, regardless of the season.
The property offers a variety of useful amenities such as a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and free WiFi. There is a separate shower, towels and linen are included, and beach towels are available for a day out at the beach, which is only 10 minutes away. For extra comfort and security, there is also a safe. The accommodation is non-smoking, which ensures a clean and fresh environment.
Outside you can enjoy a spacious garden or terrace, and right in front of the house there is a communal swimming pool for a refreshing dip. There are also wintering facilities, a roof terrace available.
The location is ideal with the city center, a GP and a bus stop just a few minutes away, while the airport is 35 km away. With all these amenities and a charming appearance, Casa de Cerro is the perfect place for your next vacation.
Additional information when renting the apartment. Due to the high energy costs, we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. Mentioned rental rates include energy costs unless more than 10KW.h of electricity is consumed per day. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KW.h.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
