Do you want to spend your holiday in a large, detached Spanish house with a large, fully tiled, south-facing plot with private pool? Then look no further! Casa Montenas is located in the urbanization La Marina, a short distance from supermarkets. The nearest commercial center is about 1 kilometer away and has several bars and restaurants.
This beautiful detached Spanish villa is located at the beginning of the urbanization La Marina. The villa has a spacious kitchen, large comfortable living room, 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms on one level. The swimming pool is located at the back of the house, giving you a lot of privacy. The villa is fully furnished, well maintained and equipped with all conveniences such as Dutch TV, WiFi etc. In the garden at the front there are several terraces where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. You can park your car on the property or in front of the villa on the street side. In the backyard there is a large garden table with six chairs that is covered with a pergola. You can also use the sunbeds on the terrace by the pool. The pool is equipped with a heat pump. For an additional charge of € 10 per day (electricity costs) we can have the pump turned on so that you can use the heated pool. Please note that we have to turn on the heating 2 days before your arrival so that it has a pleasant temperature on your arrival.
Due to the high energy costs we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. Mentioned rental prices are inclusive of energy costs, unless more than 75KW.u of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be settled with the deposit € 0.25 per KW.h. Excl VAT.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it at home to watch TV during your stay.
In La Marina there are many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance of this house and with a 10 minute drive you are on the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina or Guardamar del Segura.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

Departure: every day before 10 am
We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
