Just one kilometre away you will find a lively commercial centre with a wide range of food and drink outlets, so you can always enjoy delicious meals and refreshing drinks.
The villa itself is designed for your comfort and relaxation. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare the most delicious meals. The comfortable living room is the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. With three bedrooms, all air-conditioned, there is plenty of space for families or groups of friends. The two bathrooms, also on the same level, ensure that everyone has the privacy they need.
One of the most beautiful features of Casa Montenas is the private swimming pool which is situated at the rear of the house. This pool not only offers a refreshing dip on hot days but also a peaceful place to relax and soak up the sun, surrounded by the large tiled plot which offers extra privacy. If you wish, the pool can be heated for a small additional charge of 10€ per day, so that you can enjoy this luxury addition all year round. Please note that we need to turn on the heating 2 days before your arrival so that it is at a comfortable temperature on your arrival.
In addition to the beautiful facilities in the villa itself, there are also many modern amenities available. Think of Dutch TV and WiFi, so you can stay connected and maybe even enjoy a little bit of home. The garden at the front of the villa offers several terraces where you can relax and enjoy the radiant Spanish sun.
With shops and restaurants within walking distance and the enchanting beaches of La Marina and Guardamar del Segura just a 10-minute drive away, Casa Montenas offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Whether you come to relax, explore or enjoy the local gastronomy, this villa is the perfect place to start your Spanish adventure.
Due to the high energy costs we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. Mentioned rental prices are inclusive of energy costs, unless more than 75KW.u of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be settled with the deposit € 0.25 per KW.h. Excl VAT.

Departure: every day before 10 am
We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
