Casa Starrenburg is a beautiful holiday villa on the edge of the La Marina urbanization. This luxurious, detached villa offers modern and well-maintained furnishings. The spacious living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with all Dutch channels, including commercial channels. The master bedroom has a generous double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two separate single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a convenient tap for drinking water, so you don't have to buy bottled water.
The entire villa is air-conditioned for both heating and cooling, and the living room and bathroom enjoy additional comfort thanks to underfloor heating. Adjacent to the bathroom is a separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a serene setting, with a large private swimming pool in the south-facing front garden. Ample parking is available on-site. This villa provides an ideal base for a relaxing holiday, with the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina just a 10-minute drive away.
For added comfort, the pool can be heated with a heat pump for an additional €10 per day to cover electricity costs. Please note that the pool heater must be turned on 3 days before arrival to ensure a comfortable temperature upon arrival.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
