Ardicasa is a charming apartment just 100 metres from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, in the friendly and safe village of La Mata. This apartment sleeps five people and is the ideal holiday home for families with children.
**Apartment and Amenities**
The apartment is located on the second floor and has a balcony with a comfortable lounge set, perfect for relaxing during the warm months. The balcony faces north, so it can be a bit chilly in the winter months. Ardicasa has two bedrooms with air conditioning ; one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds and an extra folding bed if needed.
**Entertainment and Facilities**
Free Wi-Fi and local digital TV channels are available on a flat-screen HD TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, oven and washing machine, making you feel right at home. If you have a Google Chromecast, you can use it to watch TV while to watch TV during your stay.
**Activities and Amenities in the Neighborhood**
Within a five minute walk you will find the village centre where you will find a range of local shops, restaurants and a supermarket. There is a regular bus service to nearby Torrevieja. For beach lovers, the promenade at the end of the street provides access to both La Mata and beach such as Guardamar beach, each with their own charm and amenities such as bars and restaurants.
**Recreation and Relaxation**
Nature lovers can enjoy walks through the natural park between two lagoons and the area is also popular with cyclists. A 40 metre public swimming pool is just 15 minutes away in the Pinomar complex, and there is a large weekly market nearby for some local culture and shopping.
