Casa Guusta is a beautiful and elegant accommodation located in the picturesque village of San Miguel de Salinas, which is located in the south of the province of Alicante. This charming village is situated on a hill, 75 meters above sea level, and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding green vegetation, the extensive lemon and orange groves, and the impressive salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. To the west you can also admire the majestic mountains of Sierra Escalona and La Peña.
The property itself offers a comfortable and modern living space, equipped with two spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. For those who enjoy cooking, there is an American kitchen which has a range of modern appliances including a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and toaster. The air conditioning in the property can be used for both cooling and heating, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the season.
Guests can relax in the lush shared garden, or enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony and the spacious roof terrace. For some refreshment, there is a shared swimming pool available, and the property also offers free WiFi and all the necessary household amenities, such as a washing machine, iron, towels and linen. There is also a shared outdoor fitness area and a closed playground for children.
Casa Guusta is ideally located just 9 km from the beach, making it a perfect base for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It is close to the town centre and other amenities such as shops, a golf course 5 km away, and various medical facilities within a few kilometres. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, and a convenient airport service is also offered for guests arriving by plane. Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
