For a carefree holiday, look no further. In Ciudad Quesada you will find Casa Spruit. This modern detached villa is equipped with all the comforts and facilities such as good internet and television, a supermarket 1 minute away that is open 6 days a week until 21:00 in the evening. You can park your car on the closed and covered driveway. So upon arrival you can immediately enjoy the lovely south-facing garden with private swimming pool with a snack and a drink in hand.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the pool through a large glass sliding door. If you are traveling with a larger group or family, there is another spacious bedroom on the first floor with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. On this floor there is a large balcony with lounge sofa and a beautiful view of the area and the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
Ciudad Quesada has a nice center with a variety of restaurants. The villa is located in a quiet area, but very central, so you can easily reach the beach of Guardamar in 10 minutes by car, or enjoy the boulevard and the evening market in Torrevieja. The popular shopping center of La Zenia is also a short distance away where you can enjoy a wide range of international shops and restaurants.

If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
