Welcome to Casa Salinas!
A nice and comfortable apartment on the top floor with balcony and a large, sunny, private roof terrace located directly on La Mata natural park. Here you can not only enjoy the sun all day long, but also enjoy the panoramic view over the natural park and the famous salinas (salt lakes) of Torrevieja. The views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets will not bore you easily and because there are no neighbors across the street, the apartment offers a lot of privacy.
Casa Salinas is centrally located in the quiet district El Chaparral (San Luis), a short fifteen-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of La Mata or Los Locos and the bustling boulevard of Torrevieja. It is wonderful to stroll here and there is always something to do. Furthermore, you will find countless delicious restaurants there.
The cozy and newly furnished apartment is suitable for 4 people and has a living room with open kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x2.00) and the second bedroom has two single beds. Between the two bedrooms is the modern, luxurious bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Mosquito screens have been placed on all windows throughout the apartment.
Both the living room and the two bedrooms have separately controlled air conditioning units (cold/warm).
The apartment has free WIFI and a smart TV with access to all channels worldwide.
There are sunbeds with cushions that can be used on the roof terrace. There are also adjustable beach beds and parasols that you can take with you to the beach.
You can park your car for free in front of your door. About 100 meters from the apartment there is a communal and well-maintained swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn and toilets. The swimming pool is open all year round from 9am to 9pm.
From the apartment you can walk directly into the natural park where you will find a wide variety of flora and fauna and where you can enjoy walking or cycling.
There are several nice restaurants within a 10-minute walk and a little further, on the other side of the CV-905 road, is a large Mercadona supermarket.
For shopping enthusiasts, the Habaneras shopping center is a 5 km drive away, with 3 floors of shops and restaurants. If that is not enough, drive another 10 minutes to La Zenia Boulevard where there are more than 150 shops. There is also a large market nearby on every day of the week, with the highlight every Sunday being the Lemon Tree Market in Guardamar.
Aquopolis water park for the children, golf courses for those who like to play, beautiful city parks and of course the fantastic sandy beaches, there is plenty to do for everyone.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
