"Villa Kiro" is a luxurious retreat nestled in the picturesque village of La Marina on the Spanish Costa. This luxurious villa, spread over three floors, offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday with family, friends, or simply with your partner. Enjoy the privacy of your own private pool in the garden, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Air conditioning and shutters allow for year-round comfort, ensuring you'll always find a sunny spot to relax.
In the basement, you'll find two spacious bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as a laundry room and an elevator. The first floor houses a cozy living room and a modern kitchen with sliding doors that seamlessly connect the interior and exterior. Here, you can enjoy a game night at the round dining table, accompanied by snacks and drinks. This floor also features two luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which is private to the owner.
La Marina itself is a charming village with numerous restaurants and cozy spots for lunch. The beach is only 6 kilometers away, and supermarkets are plentiful, so you'll never be short of groceries. With a (rental) car, you can also explore nearby towns like Torrevieja and Benijofar, known for their lively atmosphere and Dutch and Belgian visitors. Around La Marina, you'll find a variety of picturesque villages to explore, making your stay at "Villa Kiro" a diverse and enriching experience.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
