At CasaLasDunas, we alleviate these concerns with a fully organized viewing trip to Spain, tailored specifically to your needs and situation. This way, you'll visit only relevant new-build properties, allowing you to make a well-informed decision with peace of mind and confidence.

How do we work?

To make your viewing trip as efficient and personal as possible, we work with clear preparation.

  • Complete your wish list: You'll fill out a detailed wish list detailing your budget, preferred region, property type, and purchase purpose (holiday, rental, or permanent residence). This forms the basis for a targeted selection. Indicate in the additional comments that you're interested in a viewing trip.
  • Personal contact After completing the form, we will contact you to discuss your wishes, refine them and realistically tailor them to the current market.
  • Determine goal and location Together we determine which region (Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida, Costa Almería and Costa del Sol) and which type of property best suits your plans and expectations.
  • Pre-selection of homes You will receive a carefully selected selection of suitable new construction projects in advance, so that you already have a good idea of the available options.
  • Introductory meeting at our office. During this meeting, we'll get to know each other thoroughly and discuss the pre-selected new-build homes and locations with you. We'll also go over the viewing schedule and provide ample opportunity to ask questions. All of this will be conducted in your native language.

What to expect per day

Day 1: Visit to the first selected homes, followed by an evaluation.

Day 2: Targeted viewings based on your preferences, with attention to facilities and amenities in the area.

Day 3: Visit to the top 3 homes, including an extensive discussion of the pros and cons.

Extra day (optional): For example, to apply for a NIE number or open a Spanish bank account.

Costs & reimbursement

To offset your investment in the viewing trip, we offer a reimbursement of up to €750. During the viewing trip, you will stay in a hotel or apartment from our own rental portfolio. This reimbursement will be deducted from the transfer of ownership at the notary. This way, we invest together in a successful purchase.

  • Do you also view existing homes during the viewing trip? No, the viewing trip is exclusively for new-build homes.
