We have bought twice (!) and sold 1 house with / by Casa Las Dunas. In 2013 we were young and inexperienced in Spain and received tremendous help in our research. Well, what do you know as a buyer of a second home abroad? It's great that in the years that follow you can still argue over some things that go differently in Spain. In 2018 our wishes changed and we took the plunge to look for a different home. Larger surface, private pool, etc. We visited a pilot house (example) somewhere on our own. The developers were very nice and we almost bought an overpriced house. Everything is new, right? It must be good, right? It looks so beautiful ... But we still had doubts. Why not stop by Casa La Dunas for a second opinion? Fortunately they saved us from a fiasco and a financial loss. They had discovered that the so-called builder did not have any bank guarantees and that other things were not correct after an investigation. No sales pitch, but they showed it too. Data we could never get access to as a buyer.

After a few good conversations about what exactly we were looking for, they showed us alternative equivalent homes. We bought a lovely house here last year. Okay, so we also had to sell our first house because we had bought something else ... the choice was not so difficult to put it all in the hands of Casa La Dunas. The house was sold very quickly. There is a lot of competition among estate agents in Spain and the difference in knowledge makes a difference, if we are looking for something else in a number of years we will return to Casa Las Dunas.
