This modern apartment is located on the 1st floor in Residence Aqua Nature in La Mata. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comfort. The stylish living room is adjacent to the modern, open kitchen. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Residence Aqua Nature guarantees a fantastic, memorable holiday! For €25,- per week there is also a parking space in the underground parking garage for rent.
All daily necessities can be found on foot in the village. La Mata has a small centre, a church square, a weekly market on Wednesdays and enormous stretches of beaches that are known as the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. The beach 'Playa la Mata' is less than 100 metres away. Of course, during your holiday, if it falls within the period from 14 May to 14 October, you can use the large communal swimming pool with children's pool. There is also a nicely landscaped park next to the residence with a playground for small children, a sports field and jeu de boules courts.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
