This spacious Aquanatura 3A-1B apartment is located on the first floor of the La Mata Aqua Nature residence, just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. You have a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and pool. The apartment is equipped with all necessary comforts, including garden furniture. The layout is as follows: Modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed, allowing this apartment to accommodate 6 people. There is an LCD TV with satellite channels, TV FLANDERS, and DVD player, and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker is also available. There are two spacious bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. You can enjoy a communal swimming pool with a children's pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. An underground parking space with storage is available for an additional €25 per week.
Across the road lies the beautiful nature reserve of Las Lagunas de La Mata. A stunningly beautiful natural area perfect for walking or cycling. The immediate area offers beautiful, long, expansive beaches and a wide range of facilities to meet your daily needs. There are many charming terraces and a wide selection of restaurants. If you own a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.
