This beautiful, fully furnished house has an ideal south-facing location, opposite the communal swimming pool. It has a beautiful roof terrace with lots of privacy, so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, suitable for 4 people.
This beautiful, luxuriously furnished house with large terraces at the front and side is fully equipped. Casa de Cerro is located opposite the communal swimming pool and just a 10-minute walk from the shops, bank and terraces where you can relax. Furthermore, this spacious house also has air conditioning with heating and Dutch TV.
Add additional information when renting the apartment. Due to the high energy costs, we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. Mentioned rental rates include energy costs unless more than 60KW.h of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KW.h.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Arrival: every day from 4 p.m
Departure: every day before 10 am
We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
