If you're ready for a vacation, CASA MI PARAISO is the perfect place to unwind. This corner house with its shared pool gives you the feeling of being in paradise. The house boasts a lovely terrace with a veranda, where you can start your day in peace with a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sun.
When you enter the house, you'll find a cozy living room with a TV offering every conceivable channel. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a delicious meal. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Enjoy the morning or afternoon sun on these balconies with a book and a drink, for example. There's also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. Stable fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace.
Ciudad Quesada is built on a hillside adjacent to the 18-hole "La Marquesa" golf course. It enjoys a sunny, mild Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters, and enjoys 300 to 320 days of sunshine per year.
Beautiful pink-colored salt lakes west of Torrevieja, together with the adjacent salt lake of La Mata, provide clean and pure air.
For families with children, the AquaPark Ciudad Quesada is a popular attraction.
Nature lovers and hikers can indulge themselves in El Recorral park north of Ciudad Quesada and Lagunas de La Mata Natural Park near the salt lakes.
For a day of shopping, Zenia Boulevard and Habaneras shopping centre are the best places.
Alicante Airport is only 40 km away.
The sunny beaches of Guardamar and La Mata are approximately a 10-minute drive away.
And restaurants, shops, supermarkets and terraces within walking distance, between 300 and 1300 meters.

Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
