This beautiful renovated house offers ideal accommodation for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Distributed over three floors, the house offers comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and fans with lighting and a well-equipped kitchen. Its central location means that you can walk to the sandy beaches of Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan within 10 minutes, while La Zenia beach is only a 15-minute walk away.
For those who enjoy nightlife and gastronomy, there are numerous bars and restaurants (known as 'the strip') just a 5-minute walk away. Golf enthusiasts will be in their element with four beautiful golf courses just a 10-minute drive away. After a day of activities, relax on the terrace in one of the sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the communal pool. Beach towels are provided, saving space in your suitcase, and there are both ladies' and gents' bicycles ready for use. Transfers to and from Alicante airport are available for an additional charge.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
