How nice that you are interested in our beautiful apartment! After a long search, we have finally found a place that meets all our wishes, and we sincerely hope that it meets your expectations too. This luxury apartment is located in the heart of Torrevieja, with restaurants and shops literally on your doorstep. Despite the vibrancy of the city, this completely new building offers an oasis of peace and luxury to enjoy.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small complex and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with toilet), a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. On the shared roof terrace you will find a large sunbathing lawn with a jacuzzi for 12 people and an outdoor shower, ideal for enjoying the sun in winter and cooling off in summer. The entrance is nicely maintained and there is an elevator.
The apartment is perfectly located between 2 major shopping streets, with supermarkets, terraces and nice shops just 10 meters away. The street leads to the popular port of Torrevieja, with shops, restaurants, a fair and a hippie market. Everything is just a 300-meter walk away, including the pleasant boulevard and the sea! So you no longer need a car upon arrival, but you can rent a parking space if desired. We hope you will enjoy the location and the apartment as much as we do, and we wish you a pleasant stay!

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
