“Villa Kiro” is a beautiful luxury villa in the delightful village of La Marina on the Spanish Costa. With three floors, a wonderful and very spacious house to celebrate a nice holiday with family and friends or of course just together.
A private swimming pool in the private garden where you can cool off when it is hot is of course not to be missed. It doesn't matter what time of year you come. At any time of the day you can sit somewhere in the sun. Fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and shutters all around. There is Dutch television also the commercial channels!
In the basement there are two spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom with toilet. A laundry room with washing machine and the elevator.
On the first floor the cozy living room with spacious kitchen and a sliding door that connects the inside with the outside. There is also a separate toilet. If it cools down a bit in terms of temperature in the evening, you can play games at the round dining table while enjoying a snack and a drink.
On the first floor are two beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is for the owner only and is also closed off.
The village of La Marina is cozy, you can have a nice bite to eat in various places and there are also plenty of tents for lunch. The beach is 6 KM away. Supermarkets in abundance so mistaking will not happen.
If you are in possession of a (rental) car, you can also drive to Torrevieja, for example, a pleasant city where you have a bustling boulevard with many terraces. Or take Benijofar, a village further on where the Dutch and Belgians often spend their holidays. Really around La Marina you have several nice cozy places.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
