Renting a holiday home in Spain – step by step

You can easily select your ideal holiday home on the Costa Blanca via our website.

You will find an up-to-date availability calendar for every property.

  • Choose your desired period
  • Ask your questions or make a reservation by email.
  • You will receive a confirmation and all necessary information from us.

Many of our properties are also listed on platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, but booking directly through CasaLasDunas is always more affordable .

Payment and registration

  • After booking, you pay a 25% deposit within 8 days.
  • You must pay the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive:

  • A welcome letter
  • Directions
  • Important contact details

You can cancel for free within 3 days of booking *.

Due to the legal registration requirement in Spain, all landlords must register their guests with the Policía Nacional. Therefore, approximately one week before arrival, you will receive a link to enter the details of all guests.

Personal check-in on location

Upon arrival at the airport or by car, we ask you to call us.

We take care of:

  • Personal welcome
  • Guidance to your holiday home
  • Explanation regarding Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and equipment

We will be your point of contact during your stay. You will receive all necessary information in an information folder.

Check-out and deposit

Upon departure, we will inspect the property together with you.

We ask you:

  • To leave the house tidy
  • Dishes and trash to be removed

The deposit will be refunded within 10–14 days , provided everything is in order.

Important information

Late check-in/out surcharges:

  • 20:00 – 22:00 → €50
  • 22:00 – 24:00 → €75
  • 00:00 – 08:00 → by appointment only

Pets

Pets are only allowed in selected homes.

Conditions:

  • No nuisance for neighbors.
  • You clean up feces, vomit, and hair from shedding dogs yourself.
  • Additional cleaning costs: €100 per dog.
  • Not allowed on furniture or beds.

Any damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

  • a booking with arrival within 3 weeks,
  • a booking on request,
  • existing bookings. Bookings that are modified at a later date (for example, a new departure date or someone being added to the booking) can also no longer be cancelled free of charge.
