Casa de la Suerte, or House of luck, is an inviting villa where you will feel right at home. Situated in an idyllic location, this charming property is just a few steps from a communal pool and 4 km from the beautiful beach of La Marina. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets every day from the roof terrace.
The villa is equipped with modern facilities, including three air conditioners that provide both heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine and an electric hob. Towels and bed linen are included, as is a high chair if required. You can easily park your car on the property.
The master bedroom offers a luxurious experience with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and bidet, and access to a spacious roof terrace. The second and third bedrooms also offer comfort and versatility, with flexible sleeping arrangements and en-suite bathrooms.
Close by you will find supermarkets, a doctor, banks and nice restaurants, while the beach and lively promenade of Guardamar are only a short drive away.
Energy costs: We also try to take the environment into account as much as possible. The rental rates include energy costs unless more than 80 KW of electricity is used per week. The additional consumption costs are settled with the deposit, settled at € 0.25 per KW.h

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
