Villa Barricia, a beautiful traditional style villa, is located in the urbanization of La Marina and offers a comfortable living experience. The villa has three floors, starting with a ground floor which houses an open plan living and dining area. Here four people can comfortably sit on the sofa and dining table. This floor also contains two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first floor offers the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a roof terrace, complete with seating, sun loungers and a comfortable hanging chair.
What makes this villa special is the basement with an impressive high ceiling of 4-5 meters, natural light, and a gigantic 65-inch Smart TV with Dutch and Belgian commercial channels and a Blu-ray player. The basement is furnished with several sofas, four comfortable bar stools and a dining table with six chairs. In addition, there is a toilet and a storage room. Residents can also enjoy the communal swimming pool.
La Marina, located on the Costa Blanca about 25 kilometers from Alicante airport, is an idyllic coastal town perfect for holidays or permanent residence. The long sandy beaches, bordering a dune area with pine trees, are clean and offer enough space even in high season. Directly on the Mediterranean Sea you will find cozy places where you can enjoy a meal, coffee or a beer for a reasonable price. The urbanization offers various shopping centers, a bodega, bars, restaurants and a medical center in the immediate vicinity. At the weekly market you can find fresh products.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
