Green Hills 1-2 is a modern apartment ideally located in Villamartin, just 2 kilometers from La Zenia Beach. This tastefully furnished apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful, spacious south-facing terrace. This luxurious apartment is perfect for any season; you can also enjoy the communal spa with a heated pool, sauna, and fitness room during the winter months.
An added bonus is the competition-sized communal pool, a real treat for the sporty among our guests. Children will also have a blast at Green Hills with the playground and children's pool. You can park your car safely in the underground parking garage, and everything you need for your daily needs is nearby.
A supermarket, located in a small shopping center, is a short walk away, even stocking some Dutch products. Furthermore, the extensive La Zenia shopping boulevard is just 1.5 kilometers away, where shoppers can enjoy a whole day of shopping. After a day of shopping, you can take the escalator to the upper level of the shopping center, where you can enjoy a variety of dining options, from Burger King to Chinese restaurants, from tapas bars to 1960s restaurants.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can use it in the apartment to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
