This spacious apartment is located on the first floor in La Mata residence Aqua Nature, just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. Aquanatura 2-1C has a spacious terrace of 16 square meters, south facing, with sea and pool views. The apartment is equipped with all necessary comfort, including garden furniture.
The layout is as follows: a modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for 6 people. There is an LCD TV with satellite connection, TV FLANDERS, a DVD player and WIFI. The fully equipped open kitchen offers all the comforts, and there are 2 spacious bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes.
Guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool with children's pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. For an additional €25 per week, an underground parking space with storage is available. Residence Aqua Nature guarantees a carefree holiday!
If you own a Google Chromecast, you can use it to stream in the property during your stay.

o September 1 to September 31: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
o October 1 to October 14: from 11:00 to 17:00
Additional information rental properties:
Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Departure: every day before 10 am
We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
