Villa El Sueño (The Dream) is a luxury villa on the edge of La Marina (San Fulgencio), with beautiful panoramic views because it is higher than the surrounding properties.
The villa has been recently modernized and fully furnished with comfortable furniture. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is tastefully decorated and spacious. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom. The stylish and modern living room has a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, and international TV channels are also available.
Through the living room you have access to a covered terrace with table and chairs, and from there a staircase leads to the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. The pool can be heated in the colder months at an additional cost of €10 per day. If you would like to take advantage of this, please let us know in advance as it takes at least 2 days to warm up and this must be arranged before your arrival.
This villa has a separate guest apartment on the ground floor, providing space for 8 people. The guesthouse is only accessible from the outside and has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a TV.
If you want to use the guesthouse, the final cleaning costs are € 225 instead of € 150. Villa El Sueño is conveniently located close to civilization, but still offers a feeling of complete freedom and privacy. There is a carport for one car on the property and there is a spacious parking space in front of the house on the street side. If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it to watch TV in the home during your stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
