Then this south-facing house in la Marina is exactly what you are looking for. The house is cozy and modern and offers space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. The spacious garden has garden furniture with comfortable chairs. From the sunny balcony, but also from the large roof terrace, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The arrival of small children has been taken into account. There is a cot and a high chair available. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with an eye for small children, for example there are child-safe closures. Fans are installed in all rooms. We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
