Casa de Cerro is a charming holiday accommodation that offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. This building has a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and oven. International TV is available for your entertainment. The house is equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and heat, so you always feel comfortable, regardless of the season.
The property offers a variety of useful amenities such as a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and free WiFi. There is a separate shower, towels and linen are included, and beach towels are available for a day out at the beach, which is only 10 minutes away. Additional information when renting the apartment. Due to the high energy costs, we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. Mentioned rental rates include energy costs unless more than 60KW.h of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KW.h.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
