"Villa Kiro" is a luxurious retreat located in the picturesque village of La Marina on the Spanish Costa. This luxury villa, spread over three floors, offers an ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends, or simply with your partner. Enjoy the privacy of your own swimming pool in the garden, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Air conditioning and shutters ensure you can stay comfortably all year round, while always finding a sunny spot to relax. The villa has Dutch television, including commercial channels, so you can feel at home during your stay.
In the basement you will find two spacious bedrooms that share a bathroom, as well as a laundry room and an elevator. The first floor houses a cozy living room and a modern kitchen with sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space with the outdoor space. Here you can enjoy a game night at the round dining table, accompanied by snacks and drinks. On this floor there are also two luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which is private for the owner.
La Marina itself is a charming village with plenty of places to eat and eat out. The beach is just 6 kilometres away and there are plenty of supermarkets so you will never be short of things to eat. With a (rental) car you can also explore the nearby towns of Torrevieja and Benijofar, which are known for their lively atmosphere and Dutch and Belgian visitors. There are a range of picturesque villages to explore around La Marina, making your stay at "Villa Kiro" a varied and enriching experience.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
