Within walking distance of the beach, marina and the lively center of Denia. The newly completed apartment which is located on the second floor has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The spacious balcony has a view of the beautiful courtyard and its location ensures that you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun.
Denia is a popular holiday destination. Shops, restaurants and a market can be found along the boulevard. There are also wide beaches (including playa de Marines). There are two marinas near the boulevard. The boat to the Balearic Islands also leaves from here

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
