The location is fantastic! From the very large private terrace you have a great view of the harbor on the right.
On the left you look out on the Plaza la Constitución (better known among the Dutch as the Church of Torrevieja)
The attractively furnished penthouse is fully equipped. The living room is very spacious and has an open kitchen.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed.
The bathroom has a bath, double sinks and a separate shower.
The boulevard, the cozy terraces, the fair, the harbour, the shops and of course the beach are all just a stone's throw away.
This penthouse is definitely recommended during the holidays. During the holy week - Semana Santa, but also at Christmas, New Year's Eve, this is a location where there is a lot to see and experience. Are those dates still available? Then now it's time to book the date!
Construction is currently taking place next to the building of this apartment, which may cause some hearing disturbance. The prices have also been adjusted accordingly.
The bubble bath and the hydro massage do not work! However, the bathtub and shower can be used in the traditional ways.
