The beautiful modern home Amalia-24 is located along the Spanish Costa Blanca, also called the White Coast.
This property, located on the second floor and accessible by elevator, is part of a new residence on the outskirts of Torrevieja. The modern house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Via the modern staircase in the living room you reach the large private roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
The location is ideal, with a new Aldi supermarket directly behind the residence for your daily shopping. Various shops, entertainment venues and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The center of Torrevieja and La Zenia shopping center can be reached within 10 minutes by car, where you can easily park in the covered parking garage. The complex is fully enclosed and has 2 communal swimming pools, children's pools, a heated pool and a fitness room.
The whole family will have a great time at this wonderful holiday spot! Even in the winter months it is a pleasure to enjoy the Spanish sun. The house is built according to the eco concept, aimed at maximum sunlight in winter, with indoor ventilation, aluminum frames, double glazing, an air conditioning system and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Ideal for winter visitors! You can fly to Alicante or Murcia San Javier.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can use it in the home to watch television during your stay.

If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
