Villa Marin is a modern villa with private pool located in a quiet street in Benijófar.
Upon entering you are immediately impressed by the house, the large windows give a spacious feeling.
This luxury villa has a full fitness room available!
This sunny living room has a sitting area with a spacious corner sofa, flat screen TV with Dutch channels - including commercial channels! Of course, WIFI is also included.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a spacious worktop with plenty of work space.
The dining area has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
There are 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet with urinal. There is a washing machine and dryer available.
There is a lot of light in the house, so that when the weather is clear during the day, the sun quickly warms the house in the winter months.
Through the large sliding doors in the living room you enter the covered terrace where there is a garden set with lovely cushions.
CasaLasDunas has created an atmosphere in which guests quickly feel at home, and a stack of books are ready to be read.
Enjoy the sun by the pool, under the covered terrace in the shade or, in the winter months, relax indoors on the couch.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
