Beach Avenue Residence in Arenales del Sol is the ideal place for a holiday in any season. This luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is basically suitable for 4 people, but can accommodate 6 people on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room faces southeast and the rear terrace faces west.
The apartment is very elegantly furnished and you will not miss anything during your stay. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The beds have good mattresses that are well made with fine bedding. Of course, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as beach towels and 2 beach chairs.
The apartment has a beautiful swimming pool in beautiful green surroundings. Whether you are young or old, everyone will enjoy this apartment. The car has its own parking space and storage room. You only have to walk 5 minutes to feel the sandy beach of Arenales del Sol under your feet.
The city center and Alicante airport can be reached very quickly. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance..
