Can you see yourself sitting in the morning sun, on the patio or in the spacious veranda with a delicious freshly brewed cup of coffee? Enjoying the beautiful view? Then Casa Vicente is the place for your next holiday.
On the south-west facing patio in a quiet street, overlooking the sea, you can immediately feel and smell the Spanish atmosphere. The veranda offers a wonderful place to relax in both summer and winter. As a big plus, the holiday complex offers two communal swimming pools, including a children's pool. In short, great for young and old to cool off in the pool! For the little ones, there is a children's playground nearby.
In the house you will find a cozy living room, with Spanish arches and an open kitchen. The house is fully equipped with new modern appliances. For example, a Qled TV (including international television). The house has two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a family or a couple. All windows have shutters for darkening and cooling.
All this within walking distance to various restaurants, shops and supermarket Consum and a 5-minute drive to the shopping center La Zenia Boulevard or to the sea. You can also take the bus to the city center of Torrevieja to discover the local culture and sights.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
