The property, also known as DESEO, is equipped with all the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and kettle, making preparing meals a breeze. You can relax in the living room with TV and enjoy the convenience of free WiFi throughout the apartment. It features two cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For added comfort, the property has air conditioning, heating and a lift, making it accessible for people with disabilities. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, and there is a washing machine for all your laundry needs and a filtered tap in the kitchen, so you don’t have to lug around heavy bottles of water.
This home is also adapted for disabled, rollator or scooter mobile (small wheelchair) user. The apartment and pool are easy to reach. It is located on the ground floor so no elevator needed, no stairs or steps and also no steep entrance. The bathroom has extra handles at the toilet and shower for convenience and safety.
In terms of location, this property could not be more ideal. It is located just 800 m from the beach where you can easily take a relaxing stroll and enjoy the coastal scenery. Just 2 km away you will find a lively promenade where you will find many restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops and stalls to stroll along the sea in the evening where you can find a long promenade that goes straight into the sea with beautiful views and is ideal for a pleasant walk on hot days and enjoy the fresh sea breeze, which can be reached from the promenade.
Local amenities such as shops, restaurants and cafes are just a stone's throw away and the "Habaneras" shopping centre is just 1 KM away. Whether you want to explore the city centre or simply relax in a well-appointed space, this property has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
