Are you looking for a luxury holiday villa, suitable for 6 people, situated in a beautiful location?
Then this is the villa that will meet all your needs. Casa La perla Blanca is a luxury villa 8 kilometers from the beach of Guardamar / Torrevieja. The villa is located on a large fenced plot of over 500 m2 facing southeast and is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold). For the less warm days, the living room and bathrooms have underfloor heating. There is free Wi-Fi in the house and there is also HD IPTV. All bedrooms have their own TV. The villa is equipped with a water osmosis system, so you can simply drink the water from the tap. You can enjoy the sun every day until it disappears behind the mountains near Murcia. Of course there are also shady spots if you have had enough of the sun. You can park your car in the closed private parking lot which is suitable for 2 cars. You can enjoy the large terraces with atmospheric lighting and in the swimming pool. The villa has a tasteful, modern interior and a luxurious open kitchen with bar. The kitchen is equipped with various modern appliances such as an American refrigerator, combination microwave, Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air fryer, etc.
Is it very hot? Then take a lovely dip in the private pool. You have access to the garden and pool from both the living room and the bedroom.
Within walking distance you will find important facilities such as (super)market, bank, restaurants and shops. Furthermore, you are within 10 minutes by car at the beautiful dunes of Guardamar or the cozy boulevard of Torrevieja. Nearby there is a water/swimming park, bowling and midget golf. Come and enjoy this dream villa on the Costa Blanca. It is only 25 minutes away from Alicante airport. Pets are welcome at this villa, but we do ask for a surcharge on the final cleaning due to the disinfection after your stay.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
