We are immediately looking for a enthusiastic colleague to join our team on the Costa del Sol. An administrative and commercial jack-of-all-trades to support our sales manager and assist our clients with the purchase of a property and everything related to it. You are often the first point of contact. Your daily tasks will mainly consist of customer contact and administrative support and you will work closely with our commercial Sales Manager. This is a part-time function.
- Contacting clients by phone and answering incoming emails
- Product intake and advertising
- Keeping products and contracts up-to-date
- Administrative support for after-sales
- Point of contact for rentals
- Support with viewings
- You are already living at the Costa del Sol;
- You are customer-oriented and enthusiastic;
- You are sociable and commercial;
- You are neat, independent and have a proactive working attitude;
- Good command of the Dutch language orally and in writing;
- Good written and spoken command of English;
- Good written and spoken command of German or French (preferred, not an advantage);
- You have experience in a similar office function;
- MBO thinking and working level, you see the big picture;
- You already live in the Costa del Sol or South Costa Blanca region;
