Pinet Beach 86 is a wonderfully modern, fully furnished apartment less than a 10-minute walk from the beach! The location is unique because it is located between 2 protected nature reserves. One area is an extensive dune area with pine trees in Guardamar and the other area is that of the salinas (salt lakes) in Santa Pola. El Pinet is known for its fantastic beach of fine white sand. This beach is located at a walking distance of almost 2 km. In El Pinet you will find the balance between nature and relaxation.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dryer in the patio, which is of course ideal if it rains. There is an underground garage and a large communal swimming pool which you can of course use. This apartment is also the only one in the complex to have an extra large terrace of no less than 70 m2 facing south. The apartment is located south of Alicante, just 20 minutes from Alicante International Airport – El Altet, which has daily low-cost flights.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.
Flexible reservation:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so that you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or any other number of days.

Regard:
For arrivals and departures between 22:00 – 06:00 we charge an extra night of € 20,-.
The basic price is for 4 people.
Surcharge per person (from 4 years old) is 50 euros per week. additional.
Arrival between 4:00 pm & 10:00 pm - Departure time before 10:00 am
Deviating arrival and/or departure times are always possible in consultation.
For arrivals after 22:00 or departure before 06:00, we charge an extra night surcharge of 20 euros.
Winter rental is not possible !
Of course we can provide airport service or a rental car for you.
