Siempre-Joven is a marvellous non-smoking apartment situated on the first floor of a small residential complex in Villamartin. The surroundings are known as one of the most beautiful areas of the South-Costa Blanca. The apartment is new and nicely decorated for 4 persons. It has a light and spacious livingroom with an open kitchen. It contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower.
From the Southfacing terrace you have a nice seaview. The beach is only 3 km away. Within a short distance you will find the golfcourses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, which makes this apartment very suitable for golfers. The apartment has an underground parking on the complex and of course there is a communal pool. Even better, there are two communal pools, a minigolfcourse and a table-tennis table. There is a communal area with a pool table, darts and a hometrainer, all free available for guests.
Within short distance you will find the impressive shopping mall La Zenia Boulevard whit over 150 shops build on 161.000 m². Here you find a large scale of shops with a big variety of branches. Including all kinds of restaurants! For those who stay over the winter. In summary: Siempre Joven is an apartment where you can totally enjoy a well earned holiday!
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.
Flexible reservation:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so that you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or any other number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it.
If you want to be sure that you can move into the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a 50€ night surcharge.
