The cave house has a habitable area of 280 m² and sits on a 6800 m² plot with olive trees, almond trees and fig trees. The site is fully fenced and closed with a gate. The cueva consists of a very luxurious bathroom with 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 4 lavabos (marble), changing room, laundry room. The bathroom is equipped with a new heat pump (250 litres) with very low energy consumption.
