A vacation spot for the whole family! This modern and comfortably furnished 2 bedroom apartment is located in El Pinet - La Marina (Alicante), just a 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The beach of La Marina has the status “blue flag”, which means that the beach is of good quality.
It is a wonderfully sunny apartment. The balcony is located on the south, making it very pleasant to stay in the winter months. The house is fully equipped for 4 persons. You will not lack anything.
The bedrooms have good quality beds with firm mattresses. There is a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's section, which you can of course use for free. Adjacent to this swimming pool is a restaurant with lounge bar and terrace. Less than a kilometer away you will reach the pleasant village of La Marina where various bars, restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher and other shops can be found.
All facilities are available such as air conditioning hot / cold, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Furthermore, there is WIFI and an international satellite TV. There is also an underground parking garage.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.
The apartment is centrally located and is therefore also a good base for making various day trips.
Within 45 minutes you drive to the famous theme parks of the Costa Blanca such as Terra Mitica, Mundo Mar and various water parks (Rojales, Torrevieja, Benidorm). The large cities such as Elche and Alicante can be reached within half an hour. In short, Pinet Beach 18 offers you everything for a successful holiday!

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
