This beautiful apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the beautiful residential complex Altos de Mediterráneo in Villamartín. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. Immediately upon entering you will feel at home. The spacious living room has air conditioning, both hot and cold. The TV is equipped with Dutch Television and of course there is high-speed internet (fiber optic) and WiFi that you can use for free during your stay. From the living room you enter the spacious balcony, where it is wonderful to stay. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven.
Mediterraneo-1 consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. You can cool off in the communal swimming pool, or relax in the heated indoor pool (spa). This is of course ideal in the winter months. This room also houses a Turkish sauna and a gym. You can easily park your car on the closed complex. All the facilities that meet your daily needs are within walking distance. If you cross the street you will arrive at a supermarket, a small shopping center and various eateries such as a fine Asian restaurant. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course just 1.8 km away. Do you like shopping? Less than 1.5 km away is the impressive and spacious shopping center La Zenia Boulevard that has 150 shops built on 161,000 m2. Here is a wide range of stores with a wide variety of different industries. Here too, the restaurants are not missing!

If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
