This lovely ground floor apartment with the name Antes, is located on the edge of the center, less than 600 meters from the cozy beach Playa los Locos - playa del Cura and boulevard of Torrevieja.
The cozy living room with open kitchen is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold and Dutch television. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle. The master bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. The other bedrooms also have a double bed and a separate single bed. So there is sleeping space for 5 people. The private terrace is located at the front of the house. This terrace is very sunny in the morning and during the afternoon. Later in the day, the sun is at the back of the house. In the master bedroom there is a door to the communal swimming pool and garden, which you can of course use. The swimming pool is only open from May to September.
The house is fully equipped for 5 people and all amenities for a carefree holiday are available!
We have no problem with you if you bring your dog. Of course we expect, in all reasonableness, that your pet will not cause any nuisance to the neighbours. We also expect you to clean up excrement, vomit, hair from moulting dogs and the like yourself with a bag. We charge 35€ per dog per stay for extra cleaning costs. Dogs are of course not allowed in the shower, on the couch, the beds or on other furniture. If dog hair is found here, it will be thrown away and the renewal will be deducted from the deposit, as well as other damage and soiling. We like to keep the house tidy for all guests! It is not recommended to leave a dog alone in the house.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
