This modern home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living. Through the modern staircase in the living room you reach the large private roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine every moment. The location is ideal, right behind the residence is a new Aldi where you can go for your daily groceries. Within a few minutes walk there are several shops, nightlife and restaurants. The center of Torrevieja and La Zenia shopping center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The car is also easy to park in the indoor parking. The complex is fully enclosed and has 2 communal pools, childrens pools, heated pool and fitness.
The whole family will enjoy this wonderful holiday stay! But in the winter months, this is a wonderful place to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. The house is built according to the eco concept with maximum sunshine in winter months, including indoor ventilation, aluminum frames and double glazing, air conditioning system, floor heating in the bathrooms. Ideal for wintering so! You can fly to Alicante or Murcia San Javier.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
