This new Pinada Beach apartment complex is located just 50 meters from the wide sandy beach ¨Playa La Mata. We have several apartments for rent in this modern complex.
Pinada Beach 3010 is located on the pool side. The ideal location for the summer months! It has a fantastic large terrace, with beautiful views of the pool and the dunes. The terrace is equipped with luxurious garden furniture, so that you can relax and enjoy. At the side of the complex are 2 more swimming pools, which you can of course also use. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern living room with NL Television and WIFI. The semi-open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is a communal roof terrace, from here you have breathtaking views over the extensive sandy beaches to Guardamar & Torrevieja. A big advantage of this apartment is the underground parking space, which can be reserved for a small extra charge.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
