Move to Spain

Have you already made plans to stay in Spain for either a longer period? Then you are not the only one. Spain is a very attractive country, not only for tourists but also for emigrants. Many people have a second house here, but remain living permanently in their home country. However, there is also a large number of emigrants. There has never been a time prior to 2015, where so many foreigners have bought property in Spain. Front runners here are English and Dutch people.

Living in Spain

Unfortunately, there are many people who only look at the benefits of living in Spain. This has the unfortunate result that most of them return to their home countries within the first 2 years. Of course, we do not want to scare you. In fact, we want you to be assured and informed to make a well-considered decision.

Fortunately, the Spanish consumer protection organisation has recently been active again. It turned out that about 28% of Spanish real estate agencies had been operating illegally. CasaLasDunas is not one of them and all our work in selling and renting is legal. We make sure that everything is well investigated regarding legality, debts, etc. And during all our work we offer you service in your home language.

Of course, some may also do this of one’s own bat: going to all those different brokers to view all properties which might cost you a lot of time and energy.  And the question remains: Who can I trust?

With CasaLasDunas, you can be assured that everything is running officially and correctly. We accompany you from A to Z. This starts with answering your questions, continues with the joint viewings and the purchase, but also entails the administrative process afterwards. Even after the purchase, our service does not stop: We stay at your side and are only happy if you are.

Before moving to spain, there are a few things you need to think about that you will need to take care of. Moving to spain is not just packing your suitcase and leave. The points below are certainly matters that need to be taken care of:
